Aero Leather Clothing
Every now and again a design slips off the radar, and somehow this original vintage Aero design has been missing from Aero's range for over 10 years. Perhaps this style was forgotten during the insatiable demand for the Aero Highwayman in those early days of Aero, but it was finally time to put this handsome jacket back into full production!
The fit of the Cropduster is somewhere between Aero's 1950s Half Belt and a Highwayman, and the waist is drawn in by an elasticated section set behind the leather in the side panel. The high yoke and four pocket design is both stylish and practical. Twenty years ago these were always fitted with a tweed lining and Aero has located the perfect wool Tweed in a famous English Mill for the reintroduced model--a dark blue tweed for the black horsehide and a brown tweed version for the other shades of horsehide.
The Cropduster can be specified in a variety of leathers, including Chromexcel steerhide, Chromexcel front quarter horsehide or Italian Vicenza veg-tanned horsehide.
Like all Aero jackets, the Cropduster can be ordered with a variety of linings, hardware finishes/styles, and thread colors. Interior pockets are also available. Click HERE for more information on ordering a custom Aero jacket!
