Thurston x Vanson Oxford Jacket!  Our Oxford is customized for our shop--this jacket is made with Bainbridge cowhide and nickel hardware.  It has a lightweight black rayon lining, snaps for the Vanson Streamliner, shoulder gussets, adjustable side straps, and a right side interior pocket.

Our Bainbridge leather is a full grain bovine hide sourced from an Old World tannery with over a century and a half of heritage.  This leather is chrome-tanned with a dramatic pull-up effect and develops a fantastic classic patina.  Thickness is approximately 1.2 mm.  We’ve hand-selected this leather for its transformational qualities and vintage appeal.  This leather starts off smooth and firm, yet develops full grain character and a supple feel within a few hours of wear.  Our Bainbridge displays all the characteristics of full grain Old World leather at a modern pace.  Bainbridge is available from Thurston Bros. for off-the-rack and custom jackets.

*This jacket has a unique scar on the right sleeve (see the two final photos for reference).  The leather is solid and the scar does not affect the quality of the leather.  It's not uncommon to see scars on a full grain leather, but the pattern pieces are usually laid out to avoid prominent placement of a scar.  This one was overlooked until final q.c. checks.  We've adjusted the pricing to reflect the placement of the scar, so this is an incredible deal for someone who appreciates a character mark on their jacket!
