Every Thurston Bros custom jacket order includes the use of a fit jacket and a professional fit consultation.  Fit consultation includes chest circumference evaluation as well as shoulder width and waist circumference recommendations.  Additionally, the fit jacket is used to determine custom body and sleeve lengths.  All fit recommendations are based on using the fit jacket as a measuring tool for the custom build.  Please keep in mind that three customers with the same body measurements will choose three different sizes in the same style (one chooses a tight fit, another prefers a regular fit and the third wants a roomier fit).  The fit jacket consultation makes it easy for each customer to get the fit and lengths they desire!

 

The Aero Sheene is based on the Cafe Racer fit, but is made with the Highwayman collar.  This collar modification creates a new profile for the Cafe Racer and gives a more casual, less "motorcycle" look!  

The Aero Sheene is the perfect combination of form and function--a sleek, tapered cafe' racer profile with wider shoulders for a comfortable reach to the handlebars!  

Each Sheene is specified to be 1960s period-correct with one chest pocket, two handwarmer pockets and a "V" yoke.
