Aero Leather Clothing
This new Aero jacket is a button up version of the legendary "Bootlegger." Historically, the button-up version would have pre-dated the Bootlegger, so it seemed appropriate to name this jacket the "Moonshiner." After all, a Moonshiner would have come before a Bootlegger in the Prohibition dateline!
The styling is firmly based in the early 1920s, when two hand warmer pockets were most typical for this style of jacket. Aero chose vintage-style Corozo buttons for the front and cuff closure, as well as a classic period-correct bi-swing back.
The Moonshiner can be specified in a variety of leathers, including Chromexcel steerhide, Chromexcel front quarter horsehide or Italian Vicenza veg-tanned horsehide. Like all Aero jackets, the Moonshiner can be ordered with a variety of linings, hardware finishes/styles, and thread colors. Interior pockets are also available.
